- 9:00am - Pre-event set-up
- 10:00am - Event opens to all
- 11:00am - Scavenger Hunt opens
Riddle Quest opens
Medieval board games available to play under the picnic shelters - 11:00am - Enchanted Forest games area opens, with games for all ages until 5pm
Footraces begin; there will be several throughout the day - 11:30am - Opening Ceremony at the picnic shelters; each branch is announced
- 12:00noon - TBA / Lunch
- 1:00pm - Battledore and Shuttlecock
- 2:00pm - Kubb
- 3:00pm - Bocce
- 4:00pm - Henry V Sack Race
- 4:30pm - Scavenger Hunt/Riddle Quest closes
Board games close - 5:00pm - Stool Ball game
- 6:00pm - Chocolate Social; awards ceremony and presenting of the Champions Banner; socializing and having fun!
- 8:00pm - Clean-up time
- 9:00pm - Site closed; we all need to be off-site by this time
