Please note that the optional recipe exchange on Friday evening is open to all. The Event Steward will provide a main meat dish, rice dish and vegetable. Those who live locally and would like to share their historical cooking prowess are encouraged to bring a dish for 8-10 people. Those traveling from afar are welcome to come join us, but not expected to bring a dish. If you would like to participate in the recipe exchange please bring copies of a favorite recipe (or recipes if you’d like) to share and trade with others. All are welcome.

Verjuice is the juice of sour/ unripe grapes, and is an ingredient often found in historical cooking. Several attendees have mentioned an interest in bringing the verjuice that is available to them locally, and having a tasting over lunch on Saturday. If you would like to participate, if possible please bring some verjuice to share & a small clean drinking vessel- all are welcome.

There will also be a discussion about thoughts and plans for reinstating the Kingdom Culinary Guild of An Tir. Those from other Kingdoms are also welcome to take part in this discussion if they would like. Input from all is welcomed.

Meals listed are part of the optional meal plan available at time of registration. The all weekend food plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Saturday only meal plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and Saturday lunch, or dinner only options are self explanatory. The appropriate meal tickets will be included with your registration information at check-in. If we are completely booked for reservations we may need to ask people to please cycle through the table space, to allow others to sit. Those not choosing the optional meal plan are welcome to join the other diners in the main hall with their own food, as space allows. If you have any questions or food restrictions and would like to know more about the food options, please contact Rycheza at mhenson@telebyte.com.
