A Celebration of Chivalry / Mostly Fibers Too - July 23-25

The Site

The site for this event is Riverglenn Farms, 14715 South Fork Rd E, Orting, WA 98360 (Map of the Orting area), a site very familiar to many in the western region of the kingdom, and is located near Orting WA. The site opens at 1pm on Friday for merchants, 3pm for general populace, and closes at 5pm on Sunday.

There is potable water (city water service) on site. Here is a list of local services that might be useful, such as grocery stores, auto repair, etc.

See below for a map of the event site itself.

Eric Reservations:

While there is not an Eric, in its traditional sense, there is space at the edge of the fighting area for erecting day shades and arming pavilions (camping is in another area of the site). Reservations for "Eric" space are available for those pre-registering (see Fees section); simply let us know the size of your pavilion when you send in your pre-registration. Your space will be marked and waiting for you. Otherwise it is first-come, first-served, after you arrive on site.

Site Rules:

In addition to the requirements of all participants at SCA events, the following site specific rules will be in force:

Directions:

From the North: Take SR167 south to the SR410 exit. Take SR410 to the Orting-SR162 exit. Turn right onto Highway 162 south towards Orting.
