It is time to PLAY!
Please join the Shire of Wyewood on August 8th for our second annual celebration of medieval sports and games, for young and old!
Games will include stool ball, kubb, bocce, scavenger hunts, footraces, and much more! Participation and success in event activities will earn Champions' Points for your branch, and the winning branch will take home a Champions' Banner to demonstrate their courage and honor. Individuals will compete for prizes as well. Picnic on the grass while watching and playing the games, then in the cool of the evening, we will enjoy Wyewood's famous Chocolate Social dessert potluck as we toast the winners of the day! Come to play, or come to watch -- either way, we'd love to see you.

Gate Fees
Gate fee for ages 11 and up will be $7 (+ $3 non-member surcharge). Kids 10 and under get in free! Family cap: $28 for families (parents/children/grandparents etc.) living at the same address, not SCA households, roommates, and so on. Please make checks payable to "Wyewood, SCA Inc."
Non member surcharge of $3 applies for each adult.
The Site
Briscoe Park (PDF link), 6000 S 190th St, Kent WA 98032. Site opens at 10:00am and closes at 8:00pm. This is a day event only. There is no running water on site, so please bring water! There are biffies available.
You will probably want to bring a picnic lunch and dinner. Barbecues are available for your use; first-come, first-serve. Charcoal will be provided. We will have a dessert potluck -- the Chocolate Social!
