It’s a Comuta-Car (here’s another one), an electric car from 1979 or so. He and Audin both bought Comuta-Cars today. They aren’t running at the moment.

Hello there,
I happened across your flickr photos while doing a “hat” search, which led me here. wow! So much fun. This car cracks me right up! Is it running yet? I love the idea of a Comuta-Car!!! Jason obviously things ahead of the curve.

It is running but now he needs to do cosmetic work on it.
