Watch out, Tim Horton’s
Krispy Kreme is coming to Delta, British Columbia in February. In the meantime, some donut-loving Canadians make the pilgrimage to Burlington, Washington on a regular basis; nearly 25% of the business at the Burlington KK shop comes from B.C. Tim Horton’s reps say they aren’t scared — they’re a “full service” restaurant, and they’ve removed the “D” word from their name to emphasize it.
You ever had a Krispy Kreme hot out of the sugar dipper? Mmmmmmmmm. Doooo-nuuuuuts (drool) I don’t know if heaven has KK donuts, but if Hell does, I may have to do some shopping around.
Oh, yeah. I have had the hot Krispy Kremes. They are soooooooooo good. They just melt in your mouth.
A KK will be opening just down the hill from my house soon. This will be dangerous.
I love Tim Horton’s. I wouldn’t say there donuts are better than Krispy Kreme, but there something about their sandwiches that I love. I never miss a trip to Tim Horton’s when I’m in Canada.
