Got a great package from Font Diner today. Not only did I get a CD full of fonts, but I got a barf bag full of toys (to go with the airline-themed fonts I purchased). Way cool. They have great fonts and cheap prices, so go buy some fonts!

There was an article in the P-I a while back about the most dangerous intersections in the city. They mentioned the intersection of Rainier Avenue South and South Massachusetts Street, which struck Jason and me as odd, because we drive there several times a week and it looks completely harmless. Well, yesterday, it was a darned dangerous place to be.

Saw this movie yesterday. I rather liked it, but to get the most out of it you have to know at least a bit about the Manchester music scene, and be able to decipher Mancunian accents. I am only partly successful at either of those things, so I’m sure I missed a lot, but I still enjoyed it.

The Utilikilts are very cool. Special notice to men: Women really, really like to see men in kilts.

As they often do, Google changed their logo today to reflect a special day. (This time, it’s a famous artist’s birthday.) I must say, this just might be the ugliest variation on the Google logo yet.

I’m sure I posted a link to a Dawn doll page in here before, but not this one. When I was around 6 or 7, I had a bunch of Dawn dolls. I liked them a lot more than Barbies of the time — they were smaller, so they fit in a normal doll house, and they were prettier. (Except for the original Malibu Barbie, which was the only Barbie doll of that time that I really liked.) Link found at the one, the only, Pop Culture Junk Mail.
