I have now been wearing these shoes for 20 years. (Well, not the same pair, multiple pairs. No, not multiple pairs at once, many pairs, one pair at a time. Silly people.) They are the only shoes that fit my weird wide feet.
This has got to be the scariest and yet most fascinating thing I’ve seen today. The girl in the roller skates? That was basically me in 1980. Same clothes. Same skates. And as the site points out, that looks like Dubya in the turtleneck.
The really scary thing is that those shoes are starting to look kind of cool again! Kill me now.
