Welcome to Artskate.

See Jeff Higgins' self-made inline artistic skates. He uses them for dance skating, and he's passed all bronze and silver international team tests and several solos.

This is a brand new web page, still under development (created Feb 6 2001), so a lot is unfinished and there are some mistakes that need to be fixed. Please bear with us.

What is Artskate?

Artskate is an e-mail discussion group to discuss artistic roller skating, including figures, freestyle, dance and more, on traditional quad skates or on inlines. Many people on the list are involved in the competitive end of the sport, but you do not need to be a competitive skater to join. Also, you don't have to be from the USA, though many of us are. We have members from Australia, Brazil, and many other locations. Anyone with an interest in artistic roller skating is welcome.
